Vision 2030: Gender Equality as a Catalyst for Change - A Collab Between Impact Hub Waikato and YWCA

Why is gender equality important for advancing the Sustainable Development Goals?

How does promoting gender equality not only benefit women but also contribute to overall societal progress and development?

In what ways can empowering women in entrepreneurship contribute to poverty reduction and economic growth in the Waikato?

You're invited to join Impact Hub Waikato and YWCA Hamilton for an interactive lunch event, exploring the intersectionality of gender equality and sustainable development, and showcasing how empowering women in leadership positively impacts multiple SDGs, including poverty reduction, education, climate and health.

11.45am: Welcome, networking, and lunch is served 

12.15pm: Opening speeches 

12.30pm: Panel discussion moderated by Jahvaya Wheki

1pm: Interactive Q&A

 1.30pm: Event closes, optional networking continues throughout the afternoon

 Location: 11 Somerset Street (HIVE11), Frankton

🎟 Tickets: $15 for Impact Hub Waikato members, the YWCA community, and Seed Waikato members, or $45 for general admission.
